You have at least 5 years of experience in fiduciary services, are able to independently manage a limited audit mandate, and have a thorough understanding of legal and industry requirements.

You are solution-oriented; the diversity of mandates and the technical complexity of certain situations stimulate you.

Audit standards hold no secrets for you, and you are interested in the continuous improvement of the Fiduciaire's quality system.

Client satisfaction and acquiring new mandates are important aspects for you.

Digitalisation is a challenge that attracts you, and you are able to get involved in modernising our organisation.

You intelligently utilise IT and AI tools while being capable of detecting their inconsistencies.

You see yourself recruiting junior profiles in a few months to expand your team and play your role as a coach.

You are curious and open to diversifying your skills to strengthen your versatility necessary for a small structure.

You are honest, rigorous, an excellent team player, flexible, and sociable by nature.
