What you can achieve with us:

• Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
• You carry out the planned care and support of the residents based on their individual needs and our care guidelines
• You report observations, report objectively, and are responsible for clear and complete documentation
• You assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks
• You assist in organizing activities
• Support in the training of our apprentices FaGe EFZ and AGS EBA

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (EFZ)
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and service readiness
• Enjoy working with elderly people and their relatives
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
• Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
