In our Affluent Private Customers Team of the Personal Bank, we passionately advise and support our employees, their partners, and our pensioners with assets of up to CHF 1 million on topics such as investments, financing, and retirement planning. We act as experienced and competent specialists who create individual customer experiences and work closely with relevant stakeholders.

Your Tasks

Developing needs-based solutions considering the individual wishes, goals, and life situations of our customers
Advising and supporting our customers in the areas of investments, financing, and retirement planning
Close collaboration with internal specialists
Expanding existing business relationships with your own client portfolio
Identifying and exploiting customer potential as well as developing customers into the appropriate segments

Your Profile

Successfully completed banking and/or business administration education and training (e.g., university, university of applied sciences, HFBF, banking diploma, etc.)
Many years of solid experience in managing your own client portfolio with investment, retirement planning, and financing topics
Very broad expertise in the mortgage sector
Dynamic personality with high self-motivation, strong customer orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
Analytical and networked thinking skills as well as very good rhetorical and communication abilities
