Intern Secretary and Scheduling Therapy Center (Mon to Fri)
If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:
- Responsible for the counter service at reception with personal patient contact as well as internal and external phone calls
- Appointment coordination of therapy sessions such as individual therapies, series, group therapies, prevention offers, special programs, nutritional counseling, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy as well as self-payer offers
- Taking over administrative tasks in the front and back office such as recording and processing cases in SAP and Orbis, activities in accounting including rejections, mail dispatch as well as other organizational tasks
- Management of all fitness center customers including subscription creation
- Participation in future-oriented projects
