What you accomplish

Set up, test, and commission our burglary protection, video surveillance, and access control installations
Manage the documentation of the installations
Hand over the installation to the client after its completion, train and inform its user
Ensure follow-up with clients and assigned installations
Carry out inspection and maintenance work
Provide technical support (by phone or remotely)
Participate in on-call service

What you bring

Basic training in IT (CFC) or equivalent
Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft)
Experience in managing computer networks
Knowledge of databases and cybersecurity
Skills in video surveillance are a plus
SES certification is an asset
Curiosity and open-mindedness
Strong customer/service orientation and developed initiative
