Your tasks
- Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative goals
- Ensuring smooth branch operations
- Leadership, promotion, and motivation of employees
- Implementation and monitoring of sales and merchandise presentation concepts
- Ensuring appropriate information flow within the branch organization
- Customer advice and cash register operation
- Inventory management, presentation, and decoration
- Maintenance of layouts
- Maintenance and cleaning of animal sales facilities
- Responsibility for inventory
Your profile
- Animal caretaker EFZ or FBA mandatory
- Completed training in retail mandatory
- First leadership experience gained
- Performance-oriented and communicative personality
- High social competence and assertiveness
- Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
