Childcare Providers for Our "Childcare at Home" Service

The Childcare Service KBH supports families in the Canton of Zurich who are in stressful situations. Our task is to provide children with a safe environment by caring for them in their familiar home.

Therefore, we are looking for reliable, committed, and empathetic childcare providers (also gladly 55+) for our "Childcare at Home" service in the City of Zurich, Opfikon, Dübendorf, Wallisellen region as well as Regensdorf and Rümlang.

Your tasks:

Caring for babies and children up to 12 years old in their home – you ensure safety and security
Creative and varied activities such as playing, walks to the playground, reading aloud, painting, or crafting
Preparation of simple meals, support with personal hygiene
Performing light household tasks directly related to the care
Close cooperation with the guardians and adaptation to the individual needs of the family

Your profile:

You enjoy working with children and have experience in childcare – ideally also with toddlers and babies
You are flexible and can reserve at least two fixed days per week (Mon-Fri) for assignments
Empathy, discretion, and a good sense of a child's well-being are natural to you
You have command of the German language, both spoken and written
You possess a valid "Emergencies with Toddlers" certificate (max. 5 years old or refresher course)
