Customer Service Clerk 80-100% (m/f)
Your tasks
- You handle customer concerns after delivery – from complaints to returns to technical questions
- You clarify issues and coordinate the next steps internally (e.g., repair, replacement delivery, analysis, or disposal)
- You record and manage returns, repairs, and replacement deliveries in the ERP system
- You organize, coordinate, and control the process of replacement deliveries and returns
- You work according to our terms and conditions and within the framework of the competence regulations
- You create credit notes and check external costs related to complaints
- You work closely with internal interfaces such as logistics, production, quality assurance, or transport
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or technical training with commercial further education
- You have basic electrical engineering knowledge – ideally with experience in technical customer service
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for your tasks
- You are empathetic in dealing with customers and internal partners and act helpfully and independently
- You are decisive, well organized, and keep an overview even with parallel tasks
- You have excellent German language skills in spoken and written form; French and Italian are an advantage
