Your tasks

Independent handling of administrative and organizational tasks in a hub function

Correspondence with clients and specialist offices

Relieving management and specialists in the versatile daily business

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring appointments

Maintenance and management of sensitive data and files

What distinguishes you

Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent education

Several years of professional experience, preferably in the educational environment

Confident handling of common MS Office applications

Reliability and networked thinking
