About the job

For our care facility at the voluntary day school Hegifeld, we are looking for a co-group leader starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement. You will lead a children’s group Cycle 2 over lunchtime on 4 days between Monday and Friday during 39 teaching weeks and a children’s group Cycle 1 all day on Wednesdays. On 3 days, you will support an internal team group leader as care staff. Additionally, you will work two weeks in holiday care.

Your Tasks

Implementation of pedagogical daily activities for the children’s group

Leading a children’s group within the care including prevention and early detection work, planning, execution, and further development of leisure activities

Leadership and cooperative teamwork, exchange with the co-group leader, and open collaboration with parents and school

Support as care staff on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons

Possibility to later take on the role of practical trainer for students

Your Profile

Completed training as a specialist in care EFZ or social pedagogue HF/FH

Experience in caring for kindergarten and school-age children

Completed training as a practical trainer desired

Motivated, open, and team-oriented personality

Experienced and efficient working style in administrative tasks
