- Degree in Diakonie, Social Work, or Community Animation is required.
- Strong social skills and empathy for older adults are essential.
- Ability to work independently and within a team is important.

What Awaits You
- Needs-based further development of existing offers
for people 60+ (lunch table, excursions, individual case assistance, etc.) - Promotion of the participatory and enabling church with a special focus on participation opportunities and empowerment for people 60+
- Volunteer management and coaching of volunteers
together with the diaconia team - Participation in community events and diaconal projects in the neighborhood
- Networking and cooperation with partners in the neighborhood, city, and city association
What You Bring
- Diaconal training (TDS / CAS Diakonia) and/or social work / socio-cultural animation / community animation (FH / HF)
- Experience and joy in diaconal work in a church environment
- Strong social skills, empathy, and joy in working with older and elderly people
- Openness to participatory, co-creative processes with a view to the
entire church community - Independent, structured way of working and at the same time openness to (interdisciplinary) teamwork
- Identification with church values and the welcoming culture of our community
