In the operations department of Zürcher Kantonalbank, we commit ourselves daily to efficient and high-quality processing procedures as well as high customer satisfaction. Our 13-member team is responsible for processing all domestic and foreign securities income. This includes the products stocks, bonds, structured products as well as funds and the associated dividend and interest payments, repayments, as well as fund distributions and accumulations. Teamwork is actively lived with us: mutual exchange and support are a matter of course, and this remains important to us in the future.

Your tasks

Obtaining and verifying information on domestic and foreign securities income
Responsible for the timely and correct remuneration of securities income
Settling discrepancies from securities income in contact with internal and external parties
Executing compensation payments from lending & borrowing transactions
Maintaining income-relevant databases and securities holdings
Supporting and co-responsible for the processing of paying agent mandates

Your profile

Completed commercial training or high school diploma
Professional experience in the financial services sector as well as knowledge in securities administration
You are interested in numbers and bring a certain technical flair/interest
You are characterized by your structured, conscientious, and forward-looking way of working
Your high self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and flexibility complete your profile
Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2)
