- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception when they visit the agency
- Assistance and support to insurance advisors in scheduling appointments with their clients
- Preparation and follow-up of appointments with clients, support to advisor teams in their tasks
- Drafting insurance offers and proposals
- Close and ongoing contact with the agency's advisor teams for all administrative matters
- Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA's regional headquarters for all administrative issues
- General correspondence and administrative tasks of the agency related to internal service

- You have a commercial training and can demonstrate initial professional experience in the insurance field, especially in more administrative and commercial support activities
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in interacting with others. You seek solutions for each of your interlocutors and know how to adapt to any situation
- In addition to administrative activities, you are also interested in remote sales and advice and are comfortable on the phone
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable and able to handle stress while remaining effective in all circumstances
- Your versatility and flexibility skills go hand in hand with your team spirit
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
