As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good order, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

What awaits you

• Cleaning and maintenance of interior, exterior, and green areas
• Technical inspections as well as operation, control, and maintenance of systems
• Carrying out minor repairs and first intervention in case of faults and damage reports
• Planning and executing maintenance work including control and documentation
• Waste management and disposal
• Winter service
• Monitoring order and safety
• Contact person for tenants, owners, and service providers
• Billing of additional services
• On-call duty

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work
• Proficient IT skills
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Structured and independent working style
