Demand Planner 80-100%

• As a Demand Planner, you are the hub between sales, order processing, and production planning.
• You are responsible for ensuring high data quality in SAP.
• You coordinate the rolling review of the sales plan with the sales departments.
• You are a negotiation partner in the creation of sales plans between sales, production, and procurement.
• You monitor customer demand and capacities in the short, medium, and long term.
• You analyze and optimize inventory management and create and evaluate reports and key figures (KPIs).
• You coordinate co-packing andCo-Manufacturing processes with external partners as well asIntercompany Business.

• You have a commercial basic education EFZ and have further trained in the field of supply chain planning.
• You have practical experience in demand and inventory planning and understand how to think in a networked way.
• Through convincing communication, you are able to win employees from various departments for the implementation of good ideas.
• You have a good sense for complex manufacturing or production processes and are characterized by analytical and conceptual skills.
• You communicate effortlessly in German and English and possess a healthy assertiveness.
• You enjoy analyzing numbers and values and have very good knowledge of SAP R3.
