For the Region AG - LU - BS - BL - BE - SO  we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a service technician for heat pumps (m/f/div.) for our own brand Buderus.

Job Description

• You take care of the professional commissioning and repair work of heat pumps and Comfort-Clima.
• You perform careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyze and fix malfunctions – expertly, quickly, and independently.
• You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to their personal needs.
• You inform system owners about the comprehensive benefits of Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You provide on-call service (standby) in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Education: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry, NIV 15 certification is an advantage
• Personality and working style: reliable, independent, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: Experience in the industry is desirable but "a positive mindset, great willingness to learn, and interest in the subject matter" are much more important to us
• Languages: confident German language skills
