• You answer simple to complex tax questions for private individuals as well as throughout the entire life cycle of a property
• You advise entrepreneurs in various phases – from business start-up through expansion to succession planning – with a focus on tax aspects
• You create and present needs-based complex tax discussion papers, which serve as a basis for subsequently elaborated tax rulings
• You act as the first point of contact for internal specialist questions and accompany our financial coaches in complex tax matters, ensuring active and efficient collaboration with our financial coaches
• You appear as a speaker at customer events and contribute to specialist articles

• You have a solid business or legal basic education as well as completed further training as a certified tax expert or are on the way there
• Thanks to your excellent language skills in French (priority) and German, you advise confidently and convincingly in both languages
• You are an initiative, customer-oriented, and flexible personality with a quick grasp, very good analytical skills, a structured and precise way of working, as well as pleasant manners
• Preferably, you have several years of experience in a comparable, consulting-oriented environment
• You work independently, show initiative, and have a high level of resilience. Additionally, you are willing to travel within the canton of Bern
