- Establishing and developing portfolio management
- Further development of the medium- and long-term real estate strategy
- Creating an investment plan and developing property strategies for a long-term, sustainable real estate portfolio
- Owner representation in construction projects
- Personnel responsibility for the land registry office and building rights (1 employee)
Your Profile
- University degree in Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven professional experience in portfolio management, ideally with leadership experience
- High level of personal responsibility, enjoyment of analytical and conceptual work, and a good sense for strategic connections
- High affinity for working with numbers and cost control
- Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
