Clerk in Structural Engineering (Project Management)

Areas of responsibility
• Independent project management of renovations, conversions, and new constructions including cost controlling
• Construction management, client representation
• Support in the development of multi-year planning (including budget planning) for maintenance, conversion, and new construction projects
• Participation and implementation of the property strategy
• Processing inquiries regarding building law parcels and drafting corresponding contracts
• Drafting applications, consultations, reports, minutes
• Support of the municipal council in technical matters
• Professional support of the department management
Requirements
• Completed training in the field of structural engineering or equivalent training
• Further training in the field of construction manager or technician
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering and project implementation
• Administrative experience is an advantage
• Service- and solution-oriented as well as networked thinking and acting
• Confident appearance, high social competence, empathetic, team-oriented
• Negotiation skills, organizational abilities
