Your area of responsibility

As a customer service technician, you carry out maintenance, repair, and renovation work on automatic door and gate systems
You support our service team in the Bern and Bernese Oberland regions within the framework of flexible deployment planning
In case of personnel shortages, you assist with installation assignments
In addition, you take on the on-call service and demonstrate that you remain calm even in stressful moments

Your profile

You have completed a vocational training (e.g., automation, electrical, mechanical, vehicle, agricultural machinery, or industrial mechanics), are enthusiastic about technical contexts, and are willing to learn new things
Service work is your thing – or you are curious to discover this exciting world
You have a category B driving license and live in the Bern deployment region
You bring very good German language skills
An independent, reliable, and conscientious working style, as well as high flexibility and willingness for assignments in different regions are no problem for you
