As a Team Leader Story Management, you take responsibility for a team specialized in the development, optimization, and quality assurance of automated customer journeys and sales stories. Your goal is to ensure optimal customer communication and efficient sales support through data-driven approaches and structured processes.
Your tasks
- Implementation and management of automated customer journeys and sales stories as well as prioritization and distribution of leads
- Monitoring and analysis of lead performance to make data-driven decisions
- Dynamic control of sales, care, and retention activities to optimally utilize sales capacities
- Identifying and avoiding potential conflicts by analyzing target group selections and sales stories
- Developing and implementing prioritization rules to ensure targeted customer communication
- Regularly reviewing sales stories for coherence, customer experience, and performance
- Operational management of daily business and close collaboration with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing, client analytics
- Requirement specification for tool developments (e.g., BSI.CX)
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the team
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in customer journey management, lead management, CRM, or data-driven sales control, ideally in the banking environment
- Experience in developing and optimizing automated processes and tools for customer communication (experience with BSI is an advantage)
- Knowledge in data analysis, quality assurance, feedback management, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools as well as understanding of sales processes and resource management
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
