Skills
- Must have recognized pedagogical training (EFZ FABE Kind or equivalent).
- Require Berufsbildner-Kurs; experience with apprentices is a plus.
- Must be flexible, reliable, and have good Swiss German skills.

About the job
To complement our established and motivated team, we are looking for a
Childcare Specialist
(60 - 80% with vocational trainer)
at least Monday to Wednesday, from February 2026 or earlier if possible
Your main tasks
Care and education in the mixed-age group (4 months to 12 years)
Co-design of the weekly program as well as planning and implementation of themed units
Collaboration with parents/guardians and within the team
Supervision and guidance of an apprentice in the 2nd year of training
What you bring
a recognized pedagogical qualification (EFZ FABE Child or equivalent)
Vocational trainer course (mandatory) - experience with apprentices is an advantage
a big heart for children and enjoyment in working in a team
ideas for a nature-oriented daycare everyday life
flexibility and reliability
good Swiss German skills
