Your Tasks
- Qualified guidance and support of residents and clients in the area of occupational and work therapy offers
- Building and maintaining individual resources
- Implementation of daily and weekly structuring offers
- Design and further development of work processes to ensure appropriate work organization
- Professional documentation of the services provided
- Participation in team meetings, case discussions, working groups, and supervisions
Your Profile
- Completed training in occupational therapy, work therapy, or a comparable qualification
- A creative and dynamic personality
- An appreciative basic attitude
- Experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses is desirable
- Communication and teamwork skills with pronounced empathy
- High creativity and manual skills
- An independent and responsible way of working
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Interest in the further development of occupational therapy offers
- Confident handling of new media
