Your tasks
- Ensure maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns independently (analysis, adjustments, measurements).
- Manage intervention tickets (via Planon) and document technical operations.
- Advise and support clients in the use and management of their equipment.
- Plan and execute service missions on different sites.
- Participate in administrative tasks and general maintenance (including outdoors).
- Ensure on-call service in rotation, with availability in case of malfunction.
Your profile
- Completed technical training (heating engineer, sanitary installer, electrician, mechatronics technician, etc.).
- Proven experience in technical building maintenance or a similar field (HVAC, electricity, etc.).
- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office) and ease with digital platforms (such as Planon).
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility, with a strong customer orientation and good priority management.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a taste for quality work.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Mandatory category B driving license.
- Demonstrated reliability: criminal record extract and debt enforcement office certificate required.
