We are looking for SRK care assistants for our team:
„activating household management“, 20-60% workload
The psychosocial Spitex works together with the clients to determine what support is needed. Spread across the canton of Aargau, mainly in the regions of Baden and Zurich, primarily in the regions of Dietikon/Schlieren/Urdorf, we enable our colleagues a high degree of independence and temporal flexibility.
What we wish for:
- SRK care assistant training course
- A friendly, cheerful, and positive personality.
- A high degree of independence
- Understanding of sick or mentally unstable people (cleanliness and thoroughness) thorough working method
- You support and guide our clients in all household tasks; such as ironing, shopping, washing laundry, etc.
- You are a good listener
- You can see at a glance what needs to be done and pitch in.
- You are happy to support our clients in administration
- You have a category B driver's license and your own car
- Meeting clients at eye level
- Flexibility and joy in the unforeseen
- High self-reflection and willingness for intervision
