Your area of responsibility
- Personnel and financial management and strategic further development of the nursing department based on the
organizational guidelines and company objectives - Ensuring a future-oriented skill and grade mix
- Forward-looking resource planning with a focus on integral capacity management
- Further development of an efficient, patient-oriented organization in the sense of the Lean Healthcare philosophy.
- Participation/leadership in operational and strategic projects and active shaping of the digital transformation.
- Promotion and development of employees and interdisciplinary and interprofessional

Your competencies
- Completed nursing training at tertiary level with advanced qualification (MAS, EMBA or similar) and solid leadership experience.
- Several years of leadership experience in (complex) acute care
- Strategic management competence combined with partnership-based leadership.
- Sound Lean Healthcare knowledge and practical implementation in everyday leadership.
- Experienced knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system including the education sector as well as in business administration, project, process and quality management
- Experience in implementing integral capacity management.
- Experience in change and transformation processes as well as affinity for digitalization and modern working methods.
- Strong communication, decision-making and integration skills as well as professional internal and external networking.
