Pediatric Nursing Specialist (Pediatrics/KWS) / Deputy Team Leader, 80-100%
What to expect
- Ensuring professional and needs-oriented basic and treatment care
- Ensuring and implementing medical-technical procedures and nursing services according to training and further education standards
- Supporting the team leader in ensuring high nursing quality
- Close collaboration and regular exchange with the team leader and support in the personnel and organizational management of the residential group
- Co-creating a meaningful individual daily life for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Taking on tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key person system
- Creating and managing nursing and care plans and collaborating with relatives and legal representatives
Your profile
- Completed training as a Pediatric Nursing Specialist HF Pediatrics/KWS or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
