Your varied tasks

Management and coordination of projects in interdisciplinary teams
Independent project management in the field of product development and other cross-departmental projects
Support department heads from various areas as well as implement and delegate subprojects
Development of decision-making bases for the management and board of directors
Comprehensive project management (supplier, cost, personnel, and schedule management)
Identify potentials and risks, define measures
Creation of documentation

Your profile

Completed technical training
Further training in project management or corresponding practical experience in project and process management
(preferably in a production company)
Confident and secure handling of IT
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
Networked, solution-oriented thinking
Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
Strong interpersonal personality with assertiveness and the ability to motivate others
Pleasant manners as well as a competent and winning appearance
Leadership experience, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of collaboration
