Assistant Rental Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for an assistant rental manager in the Bern region who will complement our team as a true "Priverianer." You will support us in initial and re-rental projects (residential buildings and commercial spaces) as well as in special projects. As an industry expert, you find the right tenants for every property.

• Administrative and organizational support for the supervisor and team (phone, correspondence, scheduling, data maintenance)
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information about properties through various channels (phone, email, chat)
• Financial and data management, including invoicing, recharging, and maintaining databases and project websites - creation and dispatch of marketing materials (property sheets, brochures, ads, mailings) as well as coordination with photographers and authorities
• Organization and execution of viewings and events (e.g., open house days)
• Review and selection of prospective tenants in collaboration with marketers/property managers

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the real estate sector
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing; good English and French skills are an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and common digital tools
• Independent, careful, and well-organized working style
• Creative personality with a good sense for design and appealing presentations
