Commercial Refrigeration Site Manager (M/F)
For our Plan-les-Ouates branch, we are looking for a 100% site manager for our commercial refrigeration department.
Your tasks
- Installation and commissioning of refrigeration equipment (display cases, cold rooms, CO₂ plants)
- Reading plans and technical diagrams
- Preparation and organization of construction sites
- Supervise and coordinate the team and subcontractors
- Connecting refrigeration circuits and pressure testing
- Adjustments and optimization of installations
- Ensure progress of the site
- Compliance with safety and environmental standards
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as refrigeration fitter or equivalent training
- Mastery of CO2 and knowledge of electricity
- Proven experience in commercial refrigeration
- Driving license required
- Autonomy, rigor, and customer service orientation
