Chef de Partie at "Joseph's" 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for your own kitchen station
- Active contribution of ideas for the seasonal menu
- Assistance with banquets
- Compliance with and implementation of our HACCP concept at the assigned station
- Monitoring and ensuring quality standards
- Promoting a positive and respectful working atmosphere
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- German language skills are required, English skills are an advantage
- Confident mastery of all kitchen stations
- High team spirit and strong sense of responsibility
- Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
- Team-oriented work with a role model function
