Your Tasks
- Taking over the client function with commissioning, control, coordination and supervision of external consultants, specialist engineers, architects and external project managers
- Independent assumption of project management, construction supervision and local construction management (as required) of various construction projects
- Participation in contract management, cost control and invoice verification
- Participation in tendering, awarding and billing of construction services
- Final acceptance, defect rectification, warranty monitoring and change order management
- Preparation of cost estimates and planning documents as well as review of documents from external companies and architectural and engineering offices
- Preparation of decision templates for various committees (e.g. on project budgets, schedule and construction progress) and presentation
Your Profile
- Completed technical/university degree in architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment or a comparable course of study, alternatively a completed training as a state-certified construction technician (m/f/d) with a focus on building construction
- Experience in construction project management and support of project developments and renovation measures
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations VOB and DIN standards, as well as good knowledge of AHO, HOAI and construction and procurement law
- Extensive experience in construction management of construction projects of various sizes
- Extensive project management competence
- Good knowledge of contract design and negotiation skills
- Planning and organizational skills as well as analytical thinking
- Teamwork, flexibility and a high level of commitment
