What awaits you with us:

Your tasks

Independent management of the entire personnel process

(Recruiting, contracts, onboarding, offboarding)

Contact person for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters

Independent handling of payroll and

salary accounting including notifications to authorities

Management of employee time tracking

Preparation of personnel statistics and evaluations

Personnel file maintenance, HR administration and compliance

with labor law requirements

General office and administrative tasks, including telephone support for our customers

Your profile

Professional certificate in personnel or HR studies

Several years of professional experience in the personnel area,

including payroll and personnel administration

Familiar with the legal framework and

administrative processes in Switzerland

Sound knowledge of labor, payroll tax and social security law

Confident handling of HR software and MS Office (especially Excel)

Independent, structured working style, affinity for numbers and discretion
