YOUR TASKS
- You share responsibility for a smooth and professional operation at the main reception of Clinic St. Anna
- You support the Head of Reception & Guest Relations in the professional and personnel management of around 13 employees and deputise during absences
- You regularly work shifts at the reception and are present in the operational day-to-day business
- You assist the Head of Reception & Guest Relations with team organisation, planning and conducting team meetings as well as with projects
- You actively contribute to the continuous development of the organisational structure and processes of the Reception & Guest Relations department
- You take care of the management of the car park and external parking spaces
YOUR PROFILE
- You have leadership and professional experience in upscale 4- or 5-star hospitality. Experience in a hospital or clinical environment is an advantage
- You are a front-facing, conceptually strong, contact- and communication-competent personality and have a commercial education as well as at least three years of professional experience
- You remain calm, friendly and solution-oriented even in hectic situations
- You have good oral and written English skills as well as knowledge of at least one other national language. Italian is an advantage
- You bring solid MS Office skills and are open to learning other programmes
