Your Field of Activity
- Independent management and coordination of construction projects (civil engineering, road construction, water management facilities)
- Preparation of tenders
- Monitoring of construction execution regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
- Coordination of all tasks from the offer stage through execution to completion of the construction project
- Documentation of construction progress and reporting
- Communication with clients, planning participants, subcontractors, and department management
Your Expertise
- Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification such as construction technician (m/f/d)
- Career changers from geotechnics, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering are also welcome
- Experience in construction or project management is an advantage – ideally in the field of civil engineering
- Good knowledge of project management and construction technical processes
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally AVA software
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Secure German language skills at C1 level
