Your profile:
✔ Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
✔ Enjoyment in dealing with our clients
✔ Teamwork, empathy, and sense of responsibility
✔ Driver's license and preferably own vehicle
Your tasks:
✔ Holistic care and support of sick, elderly
and disabled people at home
✔ Close cooperation with the case-leading nursing professional
✔ Implementation and documentation of care processes
✔ Planning, reviewing, and adjusting care goals
✔ Advising and instructing relatives and caregivers
✔ Cooperation with doctors, external specialist agencies, and other services
✔ Representing the interests of clients
When will you work with us?
We know how important family and leisure time are. Therefore, you can specifically work in the morning hours (e.g., 7:00–11:30 am) or evening hours (4:00–8:00 pm) – so there is time during the day for family, school, or other commitments.
