Location Manager Neighborhood Work / Sociocultural Animator (60% - 80%) - From January 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Our neighborhood offices are at the pulse of the city. Do you want to help develop solutions for better quality of life in the Tribschen social space?

• You are responsible for a location of the municipal neighborhood work and further develop it.
• You accompany meeting offers and leisure activities by and for children (Kids-Treff, events).
• You accompany and implement projects and participation processes with children and young people in social space design (e.g., playground construction, schoolyard renovation).
• You exchange ideas with stakeholders (e.g., from neighborhood associations, schools, parishes, administration), convey information, and network people.
• You promote, advise, and support volunteers with ideas for neighborhood life and design.
• You independently work on selected specialist topics (such as open child and youth work, participation, digitalization in social work) for the entire team within the framework of projects.

• You have a completed degree in sociocultural animation or a comparable education and have further trained in participation, communication, or neighborhood development.
• You have experience in open child and youth work, social space-oriented project work, or community work.
• You are an independent and solution-oriented personality with organizational talent.
