For over 50 years, Commercio has been a place to celebrate, eat, and drink – with friends, family, table neighbors, loved ones, and acquaintances. From the beginning closely connected with cinema and culture, Commercio pioneered bringing Italian spirit to Zurich in 1973.

Your main tasks

• Operational management of the restaurant
• Competent contact person for guests and employees
• Welcoming and seating guests
• Support in the service stations
• Careful handling of guest feedback
• Planning offers together with the head chef
• Creating duty rosters and assigning employees
• Efficient implementation and control of processes and guidelines
• Checking shift accounts and preparing daily accounts
• Monthly inventory and control of goods costs
• Compliance with and control of all relevant hygiene and food safety regulations
