Your main tasks
• Operational management of the restaurant
• Competent contact person for guests and employees
• Welcoming and seating guests
• Support in the service stations
• Careful handling of guest feedback
• Planning offers together with the head chef
• Creating duty rosters and assigning employees
• Efficient implementation and control of processes and guidelines
• Checking shift accounts and preparing daily accounts
• Monthly inventory and control of goods costs
• Compliance with and control of all relevant hygiene and food safety regulations
