About the job

• Responsible for a professional, personalized arrival and departure experience for our guests
• Representing management during the night, ensuring security and forwarding all information to the day shift
• Receiving and checking all daily closings from the operational departments, as well as ensuring correct posting
• Coordination between bell desk, concierge, and front desk to ensure guest satisfaction during the stay, including ensuring that all guest requests and preferences are recorded in the hotel system and communicated to the responsible departments
• Coordination of solution-oriented and timely feedback management towards all hotel guests. Ensuring optimal safety for hotel guests and maintaining full discretion
• First Responder

• Basic training in hospitality or commercial field
• Host by passion
• Strong organizational skills, independent, customer- and service-oriented, and daily contact with our international guests brings you joy
• Empathy and an excellent understanding of diverse cultures
• Confident handling of the MS Office suite
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
