Childcare Educator ES/HES or Socio-Educational Assistant CFC between 60% and 70% (Fixed-term contract)

The position is located at the Hirondelle Daycare in Bercher, which will soon have a capacity of 64 places divided into four groups. The position concerns the nursery group.

The working time is spread over 5 days per week.

Your tasks:

• Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
• Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
• Promote a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.

Your profile:

Your ability to work in a team and adapt, your interpersonal skills as well as your professional awareness make you a real asset to the team. A caring and patient personality, you have the ability to carry out relevant actions independently and committedly. You are organized, responsible, and have several years of professional experience in nursery care.

You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
