YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- As a contact person for our customers, you create a smooth and positive customer journey – from the first contact to ongoing support.
- You independently manage and adjust care contracts, ensuring transparent and efficient processes.
- You are responsible for contract management with the respective municipalities.
- With your eye for detail, you control the entire invoicing process including debt collection, actively contributing to the company's financial stability.
- You are the power user and contact person for our daycare software.
- You support the daycare management in occupancy planning of our daycares and help ensure smooth implementation.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You have a commercial basic education or many years of professional experience as a daycare manager.
- As a winning personality, you are service-oriented, flexible, resilient, and ready to take responsibility.
- You have extensive experience dealing with numbers and Excel spreadsheets as well as solid knowledge of the MS Office suite and a strong affinity for digital tools.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written, characterize you.
