In the heart of the Freiamt, the Bifang Residential and Nursing Center offers 114 residents an individual living, nursing, and care service. «Together in appreciation and respect» - this guiding principle shapes our daily life and also makes us special as an employer.
To complement our team, we are looking by arrangement for a qualified nursing professional or an experienced health specialist as
Nursing Team Leader 80 – 100% (Possibility for Co-Leadership)
Our residential area with 38 residents spread over three floors needs a leader who provides orientation, creates structures, and at the same time stays close to the team. We are looking for a team leader who convinces both professionally and personally – and who enjoys accompanying and further developing a committed team of around 10 employees.
What you will achieve with us
- Leadership, promotion, and development of an interprofessional team
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of care across three floors
- Participation in direct care (partially) to stay close to the team and daily routine
- Participation in projects
Your profile – as diverse as our daily life
- Qualified nursing professional HF/FH or experienced health specialist EFZ
- Leadership experience or ongoing/completed leadership training is an advantage
- Enjoyment in team leadership, coaching, and process design
- Organizational strength and the ability to structure complexity across multiple floors
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and an appreciative manner
