Job Description
The HUG Innovation Center co-develops innovative digital solutions (web and mobile applications) to improve the practice of professionals and the experience of patients. We are looking for a Business Analyst from the IT field, passionate about digital health challenges, to strengthen our team.

You propose functional improvements, anticipate evolutions, contribute to product strategy, and imagine digital or organizational solutions to optimize health processes.
You participate in functional validation, support solution deployment, and coordinate users and stakeholders. You also contribute to project monitoring — budgets, reporting, steering committees — and their internal and external visibility.
Joining our team means evolving in a stimulating environment at the heart of digital health innovation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (APPS & UX, Cyberhealth and telemedicine, communication, medical and care management, external partners), and contributing to high-impact projects for professionals and patients, within a collaborative and solution-oriented work culture.
