Job Description

As the Guest Experience Leader, you are the sunshine of our restaurant. You greet customers with a warm smile, present our latest offers, and help them place their orders. You infuse your positive energy into your team and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. You notice the little details that make all the difference and are always attentive to the wishes and feedback of our customers, which you share with management to make every visit even better.

Main Responsibilities

· Present new offers and assist with order taking

· Share customer feedback with the team and management

· Ensure every customer has a perfect experience at the restaurant
