About the job
You take overall responsibility for the "Master of Science in Business Administration" program with a major in New Business and actively and forward-lookingly shape its strategic and content development. In doing so, you manage the program operationally, ensure high quality, and bear personnel, organizational, and financial responsibility (including budget, semester, and scheduling). You oversee the admission and support of students and lecturers and develop innovative, practice-oriented teaching and examination formats. You build sustainable partnerships with business partners, alumni, and other stakeholders and are responsible for targeted marketing and recruiting new students. In addition, you are involved in teaching at the bachelor’s and master’s levels and participate in applied research projects focusing on "Business and Supply Chain Transformation" as well as "AI for Companies." You ensure an effective transfer of current research results into teaching.

Your profile
- Consecutive master's degree in business administration (doctorate advantageous)
- Proven leadership experience, experience in budget responsibility, and preferably solid knowledge in the development and management of study programs
- Research experience and practical expertise in business and supply chain transformation and ideally applications of AI in a corporate context
- Experience in acquisition, management, and implementation of applied research projects as well as a broad network in business and research
- Didactic training and/or teaching experience at tertiary education institutions
- Strong communication and networking skills as well as enthusiasm for innovative teaching and effective practical transfer
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
