Technical Salesperson – Customer Services Employee (Focus on PPS)

Activities

Cost-effective, optimal, and even utilization of equipment/machinery
Timely provision of raw and finished parts
Continuous monitoring of utilization and weekly reporting
Ordering subcontracting from suppliers
Planning and optimizing delivery call-offs
Customer- and part-specific deadline monitoring (including subcontracting)
Optimization of workflows in own work area
All other tasks related to PPS

Requirements

Completed technical training
Further training as Technical Salesperson, Process Technician, or similar
Professional experience in work preparation and production planning/control is an advantage (career changers with relevant prior knowledge are welcome)
Know-how in the use of ERP systems, preferably with SAP
Very good German skills - English or French advantageous
Very good understanding of technical contexts and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High personal responsibility, resilience, flexibility, and good communication skills
