Are you an upbeat person and eager to experience a unique team spirit and progress?Responsibilities:
  • You lead and support the team professionally and personally together with the branch management and support and promote the employees
  • You are co-responsible for the appearance and performance of the branch and implement necessary actions in coordination with the branch management
  • You ensure competent, comprehensive, and friendly advice
  • You manage the merchandise on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse
  • You accept customer orders and process exchanges using our digital devices (smartphone & service stations)
Our requirements:
  • You have completed basic training, ideally in the fashion & apparel sector
  • You already have some leadership experience and your service orientation underlines your professional experience
  • You are interested not only in the products but also have the ability to understand our customers and fulfill their wishes
  • You have a can-do mentality, are open and communicative, and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • You enjoy working hand in hand, support your team, are appreciative, and motivated to move forward together
