Your Tasks

• Independent visual mixing of paints (water-dilutable, solvent-based and coil coating) as well as reporting deviations according to process. Colour shades according to RAL and NCS standards as well as customer samples
• Operation of mixing machines as well as carrying out maintenance and revision work
• Creation of sample panels and colour approvals
• Assisting in ensuring that all regulations and laws in the direct area of responsibility are complied with
• Identifying optimisation potential and assisting in the development of corresponding improvement proposals
• Handling general tasks according to the task plan as well as supporting other areas according to instructions

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a painter, industrial painter or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as a painter, varnisher or colour mixer
• You recognise innovation and optimisation opportunities and can present them transparently
• Reliability, punctuality and precise working methods are among your personal characteristics
• You live a constructive feedback culture and prefer open communication
• Your German language skills are very good
