You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have an excellent ability to adapt and interpersonal skills. With an engineering (or technician) background in mechanics, materials, micromechanics, or generalist, you have at least 5 years of experience in industrialization projects, managing and qualifying new equipment, production line transfers, investment (CAPEX), or retrofitting machines or complete lines (machining, grinding, electroplating, laser engraving, washing, etc.) in aeronautics, defense, automotive, watchmaking, or jewelry, etc. You have possibly worked on very fine components such as hands, movements, dials, sensors, microelectronics, etc.
