Project Manager Fire Protection

• Independent assumption of project management and coordination tasks in the field of fire protection
• Planning, control, support, and documentation of fire protection measures
• Consulting and support of internal employees as well as external clients, architectural offices, and specialist planners in the field of fire protection
• Development of fire protection, smoke extraction, escape, and rescue concepts for infrastructure buildings and building projects
• Creation and implementation of standards in the field of fire protection
• Technical support for operators and users
• Management of the fire protection department within the Facility Management Competence Center

• Completed training as a fire protection specialist or fire protection expert with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in the field of fire protection
• Proven knowledge and experience in project management (planning and implementation)
• Communicative personality with a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills
• Very good MS Office skills, SAP (S4Hana) advantageous
